A challenge: Meditating, Yoga, Jogging and Journaling. 

It’s time for change. It’s time to create the life that I envision for myself. For so long, I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety; and I’m tired. Tired of the labels. I’m tired of the same routine. I’m ready to become the young woman that I am destined to be. I’m ready to fulfill my purpose in life, as well as serve my purpose at my university. It’s time for me to start speaking, sharing, and utilizing the voice that I have. I’m slowly, but surely realizing the power I posses within. I am peace, I am love, I am light.

My challenge/journey will consist of: 

 – Jogging and meditating for 10 minutes every morning 

– Practing yoga every evening

– Eating three full meals everyday, researching and including all of the foods that I need within my diet

Journaling every day
This is a 30 day challenge that I hope leads to a daily routine, a different lifestyle, and an overall different more fulfilling perspective on life. I hope to find out more about myself during this process. I’ll be blogging and sharing my struggles, good days, and what I find from doing research on meditation and yoga. I’ll also share what it takes to eat healthy. I’m saving my life. Join me on my journey.
